Kevin Barbaro is a full-time working actor and model based out of New York City. A former elite college and professional coach, he then went on to become a nationally-syndicated radio host and has starred in over 100 TV commercials, TV shows, Films, Industrials and Music Videos. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG AFTRA).
In 2016, Kevin founded Kevin Barbaro Productions and the company has grown exponentially over the last four years. The company specializes in LIVE event promotion and production. A full-service company that handles everything from marketing and promotions to event management, public relations and event day coordination.
As an event planner and producer, Kevin has over 25 years of experience in LIVE sports as well as concerts, plays, LIVE trade shows and VIP events. Innovative and creative in his approach, he has produced events for such massive corporations as: American Heart Association, NCAA, Sony, Leukemia Society and many others.
Over the years, building relationships with venues, vendors, talent buyers, and event planners, Kevin has a reputation of being reliable, incredibly organized and easy to work with. LIVE Event Production

Kevin Barbaro has been producing full-scale, LIVE events for over 25 years. Event production had its roots in high-level athletics and branched out in recent years to include large-scale concerts, trade shows, comedy shows, VIP and corporate events. Every event receives the attention to detail, creativity and professionalism that goes beyond the scope of industry standards.

In the world of LIVE sports, Kevin, and his company, produced the 2011 NCAA Division I Cross Country Regional Championship and 2017-19 Golden Gloves Boxing Championships in New Jersey. On the stage, some of their productions or co-productions include several Danny Aiello's "The Italian Chicks" comedy tour dates to the 2016 Fearless Icon Musical Theatre Competition.

Since 2015, Kevin Barbaro Productions landed such trade show clients as Sony, Shaw Flooring and Graber Windows. From booking talent and security to catering and booth design, Kevin's team has a reputation for helping their clients maximize their floor room space and market their brand effectively.

Kevin Barbaro Productions is completely redefining the talent booking industry. With a strict NO BUY SELL policy and the industry's ONLY capped booking fees, the goal of the company is to get the buyers the best possible deals and to also place the most possible money in the hands of the artists!

Our contracts are completely transparent! Our booking fees are CAPPED at no more than 10% and NO MORE than $5000! Want to book an $80k artist at the best rate possible? We will negotiate with the agents and managers of the talent and our fee will NEVER be more than 10% or a MAX of $5000 (which ever is less).

There is NOT ONE other booking agency in the industry willing to make that commitment.
